Hello! I’m Tammy — Founder of Dancing Village. Thanks for stopping by. Here’s a bit about me. Excited to connect and hear more about you.
Tammy Bordeaux, Founder
Over the past 20 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to focus on building purpose-driven partnerships while working for National Geographic, Disney, Tribeca Film Festival, and Time Inc. I love collaborating with leaders and creators to launch ideas, projects, and initiatives that matter.
During my 13+ years at National Geographic, I led partnerships for key tentpole initiatives like Planet or Plastic, The National Park Centennial Project, The Fresh Water Initiative, and The Future of Food. I worked with top brands and organizations including American Express, Sprint, Canon, Denny’s, Dell, Subaru, Royal Bank of Canada, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, GlaxoSmithKline, McDonald’s, Heineken, and the United Nations.
Most recently, at Tribeca Film Festival, I helped create partnerships to empower creators and leverage technology for change including DoorDash’s Beyond the Dash (a mentorship initiative for aspiring creators), and Epic Games’ virtual production program Writing in Unreal. I also worked with brands like Sephora, Discovery+ and Novartis to help share stories of diverse perspectives and experiences.
In 2023, I decided to launch my own company. The inspiration was pretty simple — I wanted to dedicate my time and energy to help launch awesome projects with awesome people, for the greater good. And with that, Dancing Village was born.
In addition to my professional career, I am the co-founder and co-president of Rivertowns Village Green Inc. (RVG), a New York based nonprofit that created The TaSH Farmers Market. In partnership with local organizations, RVG offers food assistance programs, educational activities, and cultural events for the community. The TaSH is in its 10th season and is currently ranked as the 2nd best farmers market in New York state.
My established network and extensive background—from leading sales and partnerships at major media companies to co-founding a successful community nonprofit—have given me the expertise and experience to create powerful partnerships with my clients. I look forward to working with you!
It Takes A Village: Based on the scope and needs of a project, we tap into our trusted network of like-minded consultants and curate an amazing team to provide the resources and expertise needed for success.
